First Member News Update

Opening day on Nov 7th went off rather smoothly.  There were a couple of things that consumed our time.  For starters, the AlertPay upgrade option returns an error after submitting payment.  We've been manually upgrading members in the order the payment is received.  We keep AlertPay open and upgrade the member immediately upon receiving the payment.  Although not an issue for the members per se, it has been time consuming for us.  However, we suspect this issue will be resolved today as the software manager is presently working on it.

The next issue we had was the doubling of membership matrix commissions.  This was easily resolved and last night we corrected member accounts that were seeing this happening. 

We are removing the free 7 day Pre-Enrollment option.  Most programs do not offer a pre-enrollment and ours have seemed to confuse more than help.  On the website, all information pertaining to a free 7 day pre-enrollment will change to a 'free 1 day pre-enrollment'.  All present pre-enrolled members will have til Nov. 12th to upgrade their membership or simply be deleted from the system.
